SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The South defeated the North 80-76 on Friday night in the North-South All-Star Girls Basketball Classic at South Charleston Community Center.

Prep girls basketball North-South All-Stars: Hurricane's Anderson closing out dual career

Hurricane's Alex Anderson will take the floor one last time as a basketball player inside the South Charleston Community Center on Friday as a member of the South Cardinals, alongside her will be her high school coach Jeremy Young. Anderson was an accomplished two-sport athlete at Hurricane, playing both basketball and softball.
