Migrants who wish to avail themselves of the extraordinary regularization proposed by the Government, which will grant a residence and work permit, will have to be of legal age and have entered the country before 1 January 2026 and prove that they have remained in Spain for five consecutive months at the time of the application, the deadline being 31 June, so that if someone arrived on 31 December last year they may be included in the process.
