PPAS pushing Scugog for long-term lease as uncertainty looms over fairgrounds

The Port Perry Agricultural Society (PPAS) is thanking the community for the outpouring of support to keep the Port Perry fairgrounds public and stop the sale of any portion of the lands. Scugog Township councillors voted in favour of deferring a decision about the future of the site at a special meeting July 13.
