On the 11th, the professional baseball team Seibu and Seibu Railway announced that the power outage that occurred during the game against Nippon Ham Fighters held at Belluna Dome on August 27th was caused by damage to a high-voltage power transmission cable buried underground during slope maintenance work on the Yamaguchi Line carried out in February.
