The conditions of poverty, inequality and violence faced by millions of young people in the world hinder the achievement of one of the goals of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: achieving a universal baccalaureate for all adolescents of the age of this level of education on the planet, reveals the Global Education Monitoring Report (GEM) 2026 of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
