The management of the Slovenian football champion has parted ways with the Portuguese after just under two months. Ivan Senzen has temporarily taken over the team.
The Olimpija football club wrote on the club's website that Portuguese Jorge Simao will no longer be the coach of the members' team, but will remain in the Ljubljana sports team for the time being. The resulting professional gap will be temporarily filled by Croatian Ivan Senzen, the current coach of the youth team.
The team from Celje is the first favorite for the championship title after three matches.
