One of the world's most wanted criminals was arrested in Cascais, one of Portugal's exclusive resort towns. Portuguese police captured Ygor Daniel Zago, known by his nickname "Hulk," who for years had been at the top of the list of the most dangerous leaders of the Brazilian criminal organization Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC).
