The couple who apparently went on the run after being convicted in the 2023 nonfatal fentanyl overdose of their son turned themselves in to authorities on Monday, the Portland Police Bureau said.De’Lone Kelley and Samantha Smith walked into the Justice Center in downtown Portland at about 9 p.m., according to a police statement.
