Port Increases Salary for Director of Communications
Commissioners for the Plaquemines Port Harbor & Terminal District (PPHTD) approved an ordinance that will significantly raise the salary of Director of Communications Angelina Vicknair. Currently, Vicknair is paid around $92,000 a year; after the raise, which consists of two 9 percent raises, Vicknair will be paid just around $110,000.
