Port Commissioners Approve Salary, Length of New Executive Director's Contract
The Plaquemines Port Harbor & Terminal District (PPHTD) has officially hired its next Executive Director after several months without a leader, following Charles Tillotson's forced departure in January 2026. At an August 5 special meeting of the port, commissioners approved a resolution to enter into a contract with James “Bo” Ethridge as the Executive Director.
