Port Arthur native Hezeleo releases book chronicling his journey from struggle to success

Port Arthur native and artist Herbert Mouton, better known as Hezeleo, released a new book detailing his upbringing and rise as an artist in Port Arthur.    The book titled “Down With The Kings: Trill Stories From The Life of Hezeleo,” reflects on his childhood in Port Arthur during the crack epidemic, where violence, poverty and early exposure to alcohol shaped much of his youth.
