Having reached Covid long, Corinne can barely walk, hardly breathe, suffers from the consequences of her hospitalization and prolonged stay in a coma. Hospitalized in emergency in November 2021, she has not left her home in Queuleu, located on the 4th floor without elevator, since February 2022.
About a third of the long-covid sufferers find doctors: they find no cause for sometimes serious symptoms. Researchers in Vienna are now trying to link molecular biological markers to other diagnostic methods – this could also provide evidence for possible therapies.
