The war in Ukraine has destroyed a significant part of the country's energy infrastructure, and although Ukrainian services are currently repairing the losses, access to components that can replace the destroyed infrastructure is shrinking dramatically. This report analyzes the possibilities of cooperation between Poland and Ukraine in the area of using components of Polish coal blocks and coal resources to make up for the lost capacities.
