Shelter in place order lifted after SWAT standoff in Colina del Sol

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- A shelter in place that had been issued in the Colina del Sol neighborhood Monday morning has been lifted, according to San Diego police. Police and SWAT teams responded to an incident that started as a domestic violence call around 6:30 a.m. Monday morning.
