Police attempt to ID man peering into women’s apartments, exposing himself, in Tualatin

Police are trying to identify and locate a man spotted peering into apartments in Tualatin and, in one instance, exposing himself while doing so.The prowling occurred at least from mid-November last year until February, with surveillance video twice capturing a man “entering rear patios and looking through apartment windows,” the Tualatin Police Department said on social media.
