Emergency crews resumed their search Monday for a 5-year-old boy who fell into the Genesee River in downtown Rochester.The child fell from the Andrews Street bridge around 4:40 p.m. Sunday, the Democrat and Chronicle reported. He had been walking with his mother, who was pushing another child in a stroller, when he ran ahead and climbed onto the bridge railing.
