A 28-year-old Milford man arrested after a disturbance is accused of defacing a police cruiser and yelling racial slurs at an arresting officer, police said.The man, Matthew Daniello, is charged with assault and battery, defacing property, assault, strangulation or suffocation, disorderly conduct, assault, disturbing the peace, assault and battery on a police officer and a civil rights violation.
