This announcement comes a week after the two defendants charged with having raped a defendant at the court's deposit, in a cell in the basement of the building.
After the case of alleged rape of a young woman by police officers at the deposit of the court of Bobigny (Seine-Saint-Denis), the heads of court and the attorney of Bobigny announced the establishment of a "deposit commission" to improve the reception conditions of these premises.
A 26-year-old woman reported having been raped twice by police officers on 29 October, and both men were imprisoned.
A commission dedicated to improving reception conditions at the depot will also be set up on 12 November. Monthly visits will be organised, to "do the maximum possible improvements and repairs", the president of the court, Anne Auclair-Rabinovitch announced.
"Liberation" questioned the stick of Seine-Saint-Denis, Sandrine Beressi, after her bar announced Monday, November 3rd to suspend her activities at the court's deposit.
