Louis Geri was arrested with over 200 fully functional explosives including Molotov cocktails and threatened violence against Supreme Court justices and religious groups, police said.

  • On October 5, Louis Geri, 41, of Vineland, New Jersey, was arrested outside the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle before the annual Red Mass after MPD officers engaged him at about 6 a.m.
  • After being barred from the cathedral, Geri returned and set up a tent on the St. Matthew's Cathedral steps, officers saw him refusing to leave.
  • Investigators recovered over 200 devices, some with nitromethane, and a nine-page manifesto 'Written Negotiations for the Avoidance of Destruction of Property via Detonation of Explosives,' Geri told police.
