A woman using a restroom in San Bernardino County last week spotted a young man using his cell phone to record her, police said. After he was caught allegedly filming a woman in the bathroom of an East Citrus Avenue business, a 19-year-old Redlands man was arrested on suspicion of invasion of privacy, according to the Redlands Police Department.
