A tragic incident in Hagersville. Police were called out on Saturday after a 3-year-old child was located unresponsive in a family pool. Emergency Services arrived and transported the child to a hospital where they were pronounced deceased. The Haldimand County OPP Crime Unit is assisting with the investigation.
