CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The third homicide investigation in the last 16 hours is underway in Charlotte. One person was shot and killed around 5pm on Park Fairfax Drive near Freedom Drive, according to MEDIC. CMPD has not released any additional information at this time. This is a developing story.
