CLIVE, Iowa [KCCI] — Police in Clive are investigating, after a one-pound bag of marijuana was found in at a discount store. The large bag was discovered by a man who was looking through the bins and opened a USPS box at the “Where ya Bin” store on University Avenue, the former “Toys R Us” building. Authorities have not provided any further information. KCCI reports Where Ya Bin officials declined to comment on the matter.
