Police investigating after human remains found in Westerly

WESTERLY, R.I. (WLNE) — Westerly police are investigating after officers found human remains on Everett Avenue Wednesday morning. Around 9:30 a.m., police responded to the area for reports of possible human remains. At the scene, Westerly police said a human leg bone was discovered.
