PIKEVILLE, Ky. — One week after a Pike County man fled into the hills during a traffic stop, Kentucky State Police is continuing to search for him. Police have identified the suspect as Christopher Ray Stanley, who according to court records is 44 years old and a resident of Raccoon Road. Stanley was helping a man move a washing machine, when he was pulled over on U.S. 119 in Pikeville for not wearing a seat belt.
