IPOH – A total of 11 local men have been arrested by the police in connection with an attack on an individual that left the victim seriously injured in Taman Pengkalan Jaya, here last Tuesday. Perak Police Chief, Datuk Mohd. Alwi Zainal Abidin said, in the incident, the victim, a 26-year-old Indian man, was in his cattle shed when he was attacked by a stray bullet.
