POLICE: Cell phone distraction leads to crash with bicycle, injuries near Goshen

GOSHEN — A driver, who reportedly told police he was distracted by his cell phone, struck a bicyclist at C.R. 34 and C.R. 37, near Goshen, at 2:27 p.m. Friday.
