Police arrest suspect of killing Greek in São Gonçalo (RJ)

Last Sunday (16), the Civil Police arrested a man suspected of the robbery committed against the Greek citizen Meletios Barmpas, which occurred in October 2024 in São Gonçalo (RJ). The crime occurred while he was returning from a family trip. The agents located the suspect on Piratininga Beach, in Niterói (RJ), and arrested him. According to the police, the man has criminal records for crimes such as drug trafficking, homicide, and reception.
