First responders across the region are searching for a missing man with autism. Jonathan Hoang, 21, has been missing since Sunday evening. ARLINGTON, Wash. – The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue unit is seeking the public’s help in locating 21-year-old Jonathan Hoang. He was last seen at his residence in the 18500 block of 114th Drive NE in Arlington around 7:30 p.m. Sunday. He was reported missing the following morning.
