FEDERAL WAY, Wash. - Police say a 16-year-old was shot in the neck at a park in Federal Way Saturday evening. Officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area of Cedar Grove Park around 7:30 p. m. Detectives say a vehicle pulled up to the park and a man shot toward a group of people, hitting the 16-year-old boy in the neck.
