- Poland dispatched 400 generators from reserves, Warsaw donated 90, the European Union provided 447 generators, and the Government Agency for Strategic Reserves will deliver 379 generators and 18 heaters.
- Humanitarian aid points offer warming, device charging, hot drinks and psychological support during blackouts, and fundraisers called the deliveries `a real chance to survive the winter,' while Andrii Sybiha, Ukrainian Minister, urged urgent fundraising campaigns inspired by Poland.

Poland is sending hundreds of generators to Ukraine, authorities and fundraisers said on Friday, as Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure leave citizens facing a bitter winter without heat or electricity.
Foreign Minister Petr Macinka (Motoriste) announced on Monday that his ministry would provide Ukraine with electric generators worth up to ten million crowns. He stated this at a press conference, adding that this amount cannot be exceeded during the budget interim period.
The European Commission also announced on Friday that it would send 447 emergency generators worth €3.7 million.

Kyiv has received 130 generators of various capacities from Poland, which, in the conditions of the energy crisis in Ukraine and the capital, will allow the city to strengthen the level of resilience of critical facilities and social institutions, the mayor of the capital Vitali Klitschko said.
