For the first time since its opening, the Pola Museum of Art will focus on the Hakone region. Starting with the ukiyo-e collection from the Hakone Municipal Local History Museum and paintings designated as important cultural properties by the town, the museum will present a cross-sectional look at expressions born from the landscapes of the Tokaido, including Hakone, from the Edo period to the present day.
