The president of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has warned that the latest developments in the Middle East conflict, notably the strikes on nuclear facilities, could lead to a “point of no return.” “What we have seen in recent days in the Middle East risks reaching a point of no return,” Mirjana Spoliaric said in a statement, adding that “the most worrying thing is the risk of damage to nuclear facilities.”
