- On December 25, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Rashtra Prerna Sthal in Lucknow, with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath chairing a high-level review of preparations.
- Presented as a national symbol, the Rashtra Prerna Sthal is meant to inspire national consciousness, cultural pride, and unity by featuring statues of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, and Deendayal Upadhyaya.
- With a 65-acre footprint, the memorial includes a museum gallery displaying a lamp, Sudarshan Chakra, and Bharat Mata statue, an amphitheatre , and a rally ground .
- Officials mapped transport plans and parking layouts, assigned bus-cluster nodal officers, set up control rooms and medical units, and mandated multi-layered security along VVIP routes and helipad.
- Ahead of the inauguration, the BJP is holding organisational meetings to ensure the rally ground remains fully occupied, and BJP state president Pankaj Chaudhary inspected preparations on Tuesday.
