Prime Minister, Dr Andrew Holness, has charged the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) to examine and review its protocols for assisting the injured and removing deceased individuals from crime scenes.He said that the matter will be discussed at the National Security Council, which is the principal forum used by the Government to deliberate on national security and public safety.
