Plymouth had a big wheel like the London Eye - and it's returning

Summary by Ground News
The 60-metre tall Wheel of Plymouth was installed on Plymouth Hoe in April 2011. It was Plymouth's answer to the London Eye and was double the height of Smeaton's Tower, although only half as lofty as the capital's version. Each pod suspended from the white-painted steel wheel structure could hold up to six adults and two children and it offered passengers an unforgettable 15-minute ride.
