A DEVELOPER has acquired land in the grounds of Droitwich Spa’s historic Impney Estate to build 127 new homes in the grounds. Spitfire Homes will develop the 9.9-acre site with the properties being adjacent to the iconic Impney Hall, formerly Chateau Impney.
