A 58-year-old Plainwell man is in jail following a police chase and drug arrest in Van Buren County this week. Van Buren County Sheriff Dan Abbott says a deputy attempted a traffic stop on Red Arrow Highway near County Road 652 in Antwerp Township for a motor vehicle violation.
