NATO exercise "Locked Shields": Training for the Hacker War – Defense Minister Pistorius in Kalkar

These weeks, NATO's largest cybersecurity exercise is underway. Thousands of IT specialists from 37 nations are involved. The German department works in Kalkar, and Defense Minister Boris Pistorius is visiting.

In Kalkar, the Bundeswehr is currently practicing the defense of cyber attacks. On Tuesday, Defense Minister Pistorius is attending the exercise.

In Kalkar today, a military exercise is taking place to combat cyberattacks. Around 3500 IT experts are involved. Federal Defense Minister Pistorius is also expected.
