In 2027 the MotoGP changed from Michelin to Pirelli tires. On Tuesday the manufacturer from Italy completed a first secret test in Misano.

Only one day after the official MotoGP test, Pirelli-Slicks debuted in the top class. Current motorcycles were used in Misano – but with a special "850 configuration". A sprint was also simulated.

Pirelli completed the first official test with the new MotoGP prototypes at the Marco Simoncelli World Circuit on Tuesday.
