Pioneer Physicians Network Names Dr. Lauren Pittak Its 56th Physician Owner

Pioneer Physicians Network has named Dr. Lauren Pittak its newest physician owner, adding a family medicine doctor to the ownership group of one of Northeast Ohio’s largest independent primary care networks. Pittak, who practices at Hearthstone Family Practice in Uniontown, Ohio, became an owner effective Aug. 1, 2026.
