Pinwheel ceremony to be held Tuesday
The Bridge – Children’s Advocacy Center will hold a “pinwheel ceremony” next Tuesday, March 31, at 11 a.m. at the Donley County Courthouse to mark the beginning of Child Abuse Awareness Month in April.
