Pike, Johnson men indicted on federal weapons charge - Mountain Top Media

LONDON, Ky. — Two Eastern Kentucky men have been indicted in federal court, after they were allegedly found with firearms, despite previous felony convictions. Stanley Duty, 54, of Phelps, and Steven Lumpkins, 45, of Oil Springs, were each indicted on single counts of felon in possession of a firearm in separate, unrelated cases.
