Philomath educators secure cost-of-living raises

The Philomath School Board unanimously approved a new contract for licensed staff at its Sept. 11 meeting with a negotiated agreement that addresses recent inflation. Licensed staff will receive a 4.5% cost-of-living adjustment for the 2025-26 school year and a 4% COLA for 2026-27.
