PENNSYLVANIA (WTAJ) -- The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) announced that a public meeting regarding a dam rehabilitation project in Somerset County has been scheduled for Aug. 27. The meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 27, concerns the dam rehabilitation project at High Point Lake.
