Two Hungarians were victims of a heinous crime on Bondi Beach, announced Péter Szijjártó, Hungary's Minister of Foreign Affairs. A total of 16 people were killed and 43 injured in the attack on the Hanukkah celebration. Australian authorities confirmed that the younger of the perpetrators, who remained alive, had awakened from a coma.
Two Hungarians were killed among the victims of the shooting at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said.
Two people of Hungarian origin were also victims of the anti-Semitic terrorist attack in Sydney. The government will provide all assistance to their relatives, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó confirmed in Brussels on Monday.
