Petaluma police made two fireworks-related arrests in the past week
Officers were sent to the 1700 block of Colwood Drive on Sunday after getting a report that a neighbor had intentionally launched a mortar-style firework to a nearby home after an ongoing dispute. According to police, the suspect had allegedly threatened the resident. The firework burned the area it landed on the house down to the insulation, causing over $1,000 in damage, police said.
