PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WOWK) - One person is dead after a motorcycle crash in Putnam County. According to Putnam County Sheriff Bobby Eggleton, the crash happened on Route 34 outside of Winfield near the Heaven's Gateway Memorial Gardens.
