Russell Allen Perry, 44, of Berkeley Springs pled guilty on May 30 in U.S. federal court to his role in a firearms trafficking conspiracy. According to court documents and statements made in court, the scheme involved another defendant purchasing firearms at licensed dealers in Morgan and Berkeley Counties and distributing those firearms for resale.
