UPPER MARLBORO — Perry Hall’s Victor Marks-Jenkins got a taste of perfection last season. He enjoyed it so much that he got another taste this year. Last year, Marks-Jenkins went 47-0 en route to winning a Class 4A/3A state wrestling championship.
